Required Fees
- Application Fee: $50 (per applicant)
Optional Fees – Pet (2 Max)
- One Time Non-Refundable Pet Deposit: $300 per pet
- Monthly Pet Rent: $25/mo per pet
Situational Fees
- Late Fee: 10% of base rent
- Early Lease Termination: 60 day notice and 2 month’s base rent and repayment of concessions, if applicable.
- Transfer Fee: One month rent of current apartment
- NSF Fee: $50
- Renter's Protection Fee: $11.14/mo
- Guest Pool Pass: $5/day
Utilities & Insurance
- Electricity: TBD paid directly to provider
- Gas: Included as part of the rent
- Water/Sewer: Included as part of the rent
- Cable/Internet: TBD paid directly to provider
- Liability Insurance: Varies based on provider

other charges you would be responsible for that are
"variable/incidental" and/or "unknown", such as: damage to the
owner's property caused by you, your household member(s), or
guest(s) (for which an invoice would be issued to reimburse for the
same); or water/sewer charges (based upon your actual exclusive
usage, and for which invoicing will be provided in accordance with
your lease and water/sewer addendum).
